1. We actually consult before we cut. Every new client gets a 5–10 minute consultation before service. We look at your hair texture, growth pattern, lifestyle, daily routine, and the photo references you brought. Then we tell you what’s realistic — including when something isn’t realistic. That honesty is why our clients stay.
2. The space is calm, not chaotic. We’ve intentionally kept the salon quiet, clean, and uncluttered. No loud music battling over hair dryers, no crowded waiting room, no overbooking. You get the chair, the treatment room, and the time you actually paid for.
