When you send an appointment request, we keep the details you enter — such as your name, phone or email, preferred day, and service — so the salon team can follow up. A request is not a confirmed booking until the salon replies.

If you use the digital assistant (when it is available), messages may be stored for the salon team. Chat text is not sent to Google Analytics.

Optional Google Analytics may measure page views and basic site events after you accept cookies. We do not send names, phone numbers, emails, or chat text to analytics. Details: Cookies.

The Contact page loads a map from Google Maps. Your browser connects to Google to display the map. Google explains how it handles that data in its privacy policy.
